Aunque los egresados de Nivel Secundario del Colegio Confluencia reciben el título de Bachilleres con Orientación en Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, la formación es muy amplia y variada, lo cual favorece excelentes rendimientos universitarios en campos diversos. Con ese objetivo, se cuenta un plan de estudios -aprobado por el Consejo Provincial de Educación- muy diversificado; por dar ejemplo, en 3º, 4º y 5º Año se cursan las asignaturas Química, Física y Biología mientras se dictan materias como Filosofía y Sociología. Asimismo, se motivan acciones solidarias, de intervención social, al tiempo que se ofrecen talleres anuales y de asistencia voluntaria para competir en Olimpíadas de Química, Física y Matemática.
